We received $2,003.60 from the Walter Lutz Estate which was given to the Kitchen Fund.

A new law stated that information concerning hospital patients can no longer be forwarded to the church unless requested by the patient.

Cory Chapman was thanked for assisting Curtis Jacob with our sound system on Sunday mornings.

The following people were selected to serve on our School Board: Jim Varner; Linda Graham; Judy Spurgeon; Tracie Hatfield; Curtis Jacob; Rita Sampson; Erin Webb.

In February a "thank you" was received from a Peace Corp teacher in Kazakhstan, for the contributions from our Angel Tree Project.

On March 4th, Pastor and Lori Lingsch were blessed with a baby girl, Rachel McKenna.

We hosted a Lutheran High School Band from Bloomington Minnesota.

Pastor Lingsch was activated to military duty and shipped off to the Middle East in April.

Pastor Kudart and Pastor Bergen helped with several of our services while Pastor Lingsch was in the Middle East.

Vicar Eggert received his first Pastoral Call to serve St. Mark Lutheran Church in Belgium, WI.

The Greater Zanesville Singers sang at our last Lenten Service.

We received $5,000 from the Edward J. Harsch, Jr. Estate which was designated to the Pre-School Fund.

Applications were being accepted for the Teacher/Director position at our new Pre-School.

Rev. Walter Diekroger, chaplain at the VA hospital in Chillicothe, helped with services on June 8th.

A Special Voters' Assembly was held in June to Call an Associate Pastor and also vote on a recommendation by the Church Council to replace the Parish Hall roof. A Call was sent to Rev. Alan Kornacki, Jr. from Beach, North Dakota. The vote to replace the Parish Hall Roof passed.

Enrollment for our new Pre-School began while work on the kitchen project also began in June.

Rev. Alan Kornacki, Jr. has accepted the Call to be our Associate Pastor by the end of June.

Pastor Eugene Kappeler assisted with our services on July 6th. Pastor Lingsch returned home from military duty in July.

Vicar Eggert and Liz left for Wisconsin and his first parish.

Rev. Alan Kornacki, Jr. was installed as our Associate Pastor on August 3rd.

$1,000 was received from the Estate of Alean Dudley to the Organ Update Fund.

We welcomed our new Vicar, Gary Richard, his wife Gwen, and daughter's Leah and Kimber at the end of August.

We began using new "attendance pads" in the pews to register attendance and Communion.

Our Pre-School opened on September 4th. The Family Fellowship Club sponsored a Yard Sale Fund Raiser with proceeds of $900.35 towards the Pre-School.

The annual Pork Supper and Bazaar was cancelled due to the unfinished kitchen project.

A Fellowship Hour was held on November 16th to honor Pat Huffman on her retirement at the end of this year.

The Handbell Choir and the Children's Chime Choir played at the Longaberger Homestead during December.

Martha Lestock made and donated three beautiful Advent banners.
